Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Bridget B Naturopathy website, online clinic, consultations, testing services, digital resources and related products and services.
By accessing our website or booking, purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Bridget B Naturopathy
Bridget B Naturopathy (“BBN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online naturopathic clinic providing consultations and related health services through qualified naturopathic practitioners.
Our practitioners provide individualised naturopathic healthcare based on your health history, symptoms, clinical presentation and, where appropriate, pathology or functional testing.
BBN is an online service and does not operate as an emergency or acute medical service.
2. Our practitioners
All practitioners working with BBN are appropriately qualified naturopathic clinicians and work within their professional scope of practice. Practitioners are supported and mentored within the BBN clinical framework, and treatment plans may be reviewed by Bridget where appropriate.
When you book an appointment, you acknowledge that your consultation may be conducted with the practitioner selected at the time of booking.
3. Nature of naturopathic services
Naturopathic consultations are complementary healthcare services and are not a substitute for emergency medical care or appropriate medical diagnosis and treatment.
Our practitioners may provide nutritional, lifestyle, herbal, nutritional supplement and other naturopathic recommendations within their professional scope.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek assessment, diagnosis, treatment or ongoing care from your GP, medical specialist, pharmacist or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for informing your medical and other healthcare practitioners about the complementary healthcare services, supplements and products you are using.
We do not advise that you discontinue prescribed medication or medical treatment without first discussing this with the healthcare professional who prescribed it.
4. Emergency and urgent care
BBN does not provide emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, or believe that you may require urgent medical attention, contact your local emergency service or seek immediate medical care.
Do not wait for an online consultation or email response where urgent medical attention is required.
5. Booking appointments
Appointments are booked online through our designated booking system or by arrangement with our team.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current information necessary for us to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details, email address, location and time zone associated with your booking are correct.
If you are booking from another time zone, please ensure that you have checked the appointment time in your local time zone before attending.
We may contact you by email regarding your appointment, treatment, testing or other matters relating to your care.
6. Consultation fees and payment
Consultation fees are displayed on our website or booking system and are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an appointment that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Additional costs may apply for pathology, functional testing, supplements, dispensary products, shipping or other third-party services. These costs are separate from consultation fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at the full consultation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will also result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, BBN may consider a fee waiver or alternative arrangement at its discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website or appointment confirmation.
8. Late arrival
If you arrive late to an appointment, the consultation may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time.
Where appropriate, a shortened consultation may be provided. The full consultation fee may still apply.
If you are significantly late, your practitioner may determine that the appointment cannot proceed and may treat the appointment as a cancellation or non-attendance.
9. Telehealth and online consultations
Our consultations are provided remotely using online communication platforms.
You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and private environment for your consultation.
Although we take reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of online consultations, no electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
If technical difficulties prevent a consultation from proceeding, we will work with you to determine an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible.
10. Health information and disclosure
You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to your health and medical history.
This may include information about:
current symptoms and health concerns
previous diagnoses and investigations
medications
supplements
allergies and sensitivities
relevant medical and surgical history
pregnancy or plans for pregnancy
other healthcare practitioners involved in your care.
You should inform your practitioner of any significant change in your health, medication or circumstances during your care.
Our ability to provide safe and appropriate recommendations depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
11. Pathology and functional testing
Where clinically appropriate, your practitioner may recommend pathology or functional testing.
Testing may be performed by independent pathology providers or specialist laboratories. Testing fees are generally separate from consultation fees and are payable by the client unless otherwise stated.
Test results are interpreted within the context of your individual clinical presentation and are not intended to replace appropriate medical assessment.
Reference ranges and testing methodologies may vary between laboratories.
Where test results indicate that further medical investigation may be appropriate, your practitioner may recommend that you consult your GP or another healthcare professional.
12. Supplements and products
Your practitioner may recommend nutritional supplements, herbal medicines or other products as part of your individualised care plan.
Products may be purchased through third-party dispensaries or suppliers. Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns and other terms may be governed by the relevant supplier's own terms and conditions.
You are responsible for following the directions provided by your practitioner and the product manufacturer.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction to a product, discontinue use where appropriate and seek suitable medical advice.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or being treated for a medical condition, you should inform your practitioner before commencing any new supplement or herbal product.
13. Individual results vary
Naturopathic care is individualised and outcomes vary between people.
We do not guarantee any particular health outcome, symptom improvement, diagnosis, conception, pregnancy outcome or other result from our services.
Any examples, testimonials or information published on our website or social media describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular outcome.
14. Pregnancy, fertility and IVF support
BBN provides naturopathic support relating to fertility, preconception, pregnancy and assisted reproductive care where appropriate and within our practitioners' professional scope.
This support is complementary and does not replace the care of your GP, obstetrician, fertility specialist, IVF clinic, midwife or other medical practitioner.
Clients undertaking IVF or other assisted reproductive treatment should ensure that recommendations from BBN are communicated to and considered alongside the advice of their treating medical team.
We do not guarantee conception, implantation, pregnancy or any particular fertility or pregnancy outcome.
15. Communication outside consultations
Our practitioners may provide limited administrative or brief clinical communication by email where appropriate.
Email is not intended to replace a consultation or provide ongoing urgent clinical care.
Where a matter requires assessment, detailed clinical advice, review of new symptoms or significant changes to your treatment plan, you may be asked to book an appropriate consultation.
BBN does not provide 24-hour clinical support.
16. Treatment plans and recommendations
Recommendations provided during a consultation are individualised to the client and their clinical circumstances.
Treatment plans, supplement recommendations, testing recommendations and other clinical information provided to one client must not be assumed to be appropriate for another person.
You must not share, reproduce or apply another person's treatment plan as a substitute for individual healthcare advice.
17. Website information
Information published on the BBN website, blog, journal, social media accounts, newsletters, downloadable resources and other educational materials is provided for general educational purposes.
It is not intended to constitute individual medical or naturopathic advice.
Health information available online can become outdated and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an individual consultation or appropriate medical care.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published by BBN is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, laboratories, dispensaries, practitioners, products or other services.
These third parties operate independently from BBN and may have their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.
BBN does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products or services provided by third parties.
21. Testimonials and reviews
We may publish client testimonials, reviews or feedback with permission.

For future appointments, where a refund is approved, a £10 administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover the administrative and payment-processing costs associated with processing the refund.
The £10 administration fee will not apply where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or where we determine that the refund is being provided due to an error on our part.
Where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full consultation fee may be charged and may not be eligible for a refund.
