Frequently asked questions.

Where is the clinic?

We operate exclusively as a fully online digital clinic. This model enables us to provide high-quality naturopathic care to clients worldwide, regardless of geographic location. With a reliable internet connection, you can access our services from the comfort of your own home. We are honoured to currently support clients in over a dozen countries across the globe.

How do online consultations work?

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, a consent form, a questionnaire and a Zoom link. Zoom is a secure and reliable video conferencing platform. No account creation or software download is required. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link provided—your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) will launch the session automatically. Make sure your camera and microphone are on so we can chat easily, just like we would in person.

Do I need any special technology for a virtual appointment?

Just a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (like a phone, tablet, or computer). No downloads are needed—just click the link provided for your session.

What are your qualifications?

Bridget holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies (Torrens University). She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).

Do you offer consultations for men and children?

Yes, we provide personalised naturopathic care for both men and women across all stages of life, as well as for children aged one year and older. Our approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether addressing hormonal health, fertility, digestive concerns, immune support, stress and fatigue, or general wellbeing.

For children, we take a gentle, family-focused approach—ensuring that treatment recommendations are safe, age-appropriate, and supportive of long-term health. We are committed to delivering inclusive, holistic care for the whole family.

Can you prescribe supplements?

Yes. When appropriate, we recommend high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade supplements that are distinctly superior to standard over-the-counter products. These practitioner-only formulations are regulated for quality and efficacy, and many meet TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) standards and are manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.

We partner with reputable online dispensaries to ensure safe, evidence-based access to these products. All supplements can be conveniently ordered online and delivered directly to your home, supporting both quality and consistency in care. We are dedicated to providing only high-quality products that support optimal health and treatment outcomes. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we won’t recommend it to our clients.

Can you order lab tests?

Yes. We collaborate with a global network of laboratories to support our clients worldwide, with testing facilities located in the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, Canada, UAE and Asia. Tests may include blood, stool, breath, vaginal, seminal, urinary and saliva testing. Test prices vary depending on the specific test and your location. Before ordering any tests, an initial consultation is required to evaluate your needs and recommend the most suitable option.

Support between appointments?

For very brief treatment-related questions — typically those that can be answered with a simple yes or no — you're welcome to reach out via email. If your question requires more explanation, context, or discussion, we kindly ask that you book a follow-up consultation so we can give your care the attention it deserves. For acute concerns — such as colds, flus, UTIs, gastro symptoms, or antibiotic support — you're welcome to book a 15-minute check-in call or an email consultation. Please note that these options are designed to provide short-term support for straightforward issues and are not intended as a replacement for a comprehensive follow-up consultation when more in-depth care is required.

Response time?

We aim to respond to emails within three business days. Your patience is truly appreciated as we give each message the care it deserves. Once you become a client, please avoid using Instagram or other social media platforms for clinical messages to ensure nothing important is missed.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our Booking Page.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice (during business hours). Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from helping someone else in need, and incur the full consultation fee. Please reach out via hello@bridgetbnaturopathy.com as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Are there payment plans available?

We don’t offer payment plans currently.

Is naturopathy covered by insurance?

This depends on your provider and location. Check with your health fund to see if naturopathic consultations are eligible for reimbursement.
